Glass Artist and Jewellery Designer

A single workshop on glass art altered the path of Amanda Conway’s life. Unaware a course on “Fusing and Slumping” would be a catalyst for change; Amanda became immediately hooked and went into heavy production. Her commercial success was driven largely by her need to recover the space her artwork was occupying in her house and fuel the desire to keep producing. Amanda designs, cuts and fires all her own glasswork. She’s recently begun including silver and enamels in her designs, as well.

Amanda’s influence comes from the essence of Australia – the landscapes, coastlines and plant life. She loves her work and hopes you do, too.
